My Medela Sleep Bras. I don't sleep in them though. They're just so easy to push over and feed. I hate unhooking a nursing bra. Luckily my bbs aren't that big, so I don't need much support. LOVE these bras.

I agree.. LOVE the sleep bras..
for me though its been the tummy sleeves.. (bella band knock offs) that ive loooooved having! I hated my stomach hanging out for everyone to stare at last time i breastfed... and with the tummy sleeves i feel SO much more comfortable nursing in public. They are awesome! AND i dont have to get a ton of special shirts to breastfeed..

I love my sleep bras and BellaBands.
My favorite thing is my Boppy though, it makes nursing hands free a little easier.

Early on, it was My Brest Friend. I loved that it allowed me to easily nurse through growth spurts and read (I am a huge reader).
The other most useful item is a king-sized bed. Yes, we're still cosleeping and it's nice to have a roomy bed! DD has not used her crib at all since she was about 1 month old. I am glad we got a cheap crib from Ikea and didn't spend tons of money on a fancy crib.
Oh, and I still sleep in the nursing tanks from Target.

The book So That's What They're For was my biggest helper in my breastfeeding career. One of the reasons I was able to nurse my first for 2 years.

Definitely my awesome nursing bras and tanks!! I always wear a nursing tank and a zip up jacket.. When I try to wear a normal shirt it just doesn't work

My nipple shield. It allowed me to nurse for the first 3 weeks. I have inverted nipples and could not get him to latch on, and the shield gave him something to latch onto! After about 3 weeks my nipples were drawn out enough to nurse without the shield, and now he can easily latch on and the shield is retired. Without that darn shield, I think I don't know if I could have gotten him to latch on!

My laptop lol. I basically sat and nursed for the first month if not more. It kept me entertained not to mention allowed me to find articles and videos on breastfeeding and a good latch (in the early days I was afraid we had a poor latch although that turned out not to be the case)
