Yes! I've been breastfeeding for 3m+ after implants. I was worried because I had over the muscle, with a periareolar incision and some nerve damage 7 years ago. But I actually didn't have problems getting my milk to come in, and so far so good.
I think the place of incision is the most important thing as far as BF. Crease being best, areola worst. But I'm an example of how it can still work, even with the worst case scenario.
