Domperidone is considered the safest medication to use out of all of them. I know it's well-used in Canada, but not available much in the US. I've heard mixed things about it.

Have you used any of the herbal remedies to help increase your supply? If not, start there instead. They aren't as risky and don't have the side effects some medications can. I would exhaust your other options before taking it and do everything else suggested to increase your supply first (if you haven't already).
Here's a link on low milk supply that can help you determine if you need a prescription medication and look at the other options for increasing your supply: kellymom.com :: Increasing Low Milk Supply

I am taking fenugreek & blessed thistle to help boost my supply. I am very tempted to ask my OB for meds to help. I would like some dom, but we cant get it here. So US OB's prescribe Reglan. My son is eating/snacking all the time. I wish you the best. If you do start the dom, let me know how it affects your supply.
