Does this start to change some once your milk changes and supply is established? Mia still gets the greenish poops sometimes, but lately they've not been as frequent. I still have a fast flow, but catching the letdown before has helped a LOT.

It should, when you are really full or engorged, they seem to get more foremilk. If they fill up on that quickly, they may not get as much hindmilk.

Green poop can also be some type of sensitivity to something in your diet. Does she have any other signs of that?

Nope, no other signs of sensitivity. It does seem to happen more when I'm more full. I try to hand express some before, and it seems to be helping.
