Would you ever consider wet nursing (nursing someone else's baby)?

Don't forget, our bodies are amazing things and our milk supply can adjust to whatever we demand of it

I would do it, and I've pumped and donated milk and would do that again in a heartbeat too. It would depend on the situation, but I think I would feel most comfortable nursing a baby that I knew the family well and they knew us and trusted us. In some circumstances though, like during a natural disaster, I think I would step up and do it if there was a baby who needed it.
