My Dd has so many poopy diapers, Every diaper I change is a poopy and she explodes her diaper and you can hear it. Is this normal for a breastfed baby to poop all day, shes been like this from around day 4, she is now 18 days old now.

my daughter is 8.5 mos and still poops with pretty much every single change She used to have 1-2 blow outs a day, now its 2-3 a week. And lemme tell you my girl is LOUD! Don't know if it is normal for most BFed babies but it is completely normal for mine `

Same here! Don't know if it's normal, but it's definitely the norm for Caleb, and he's almost 2 months old.

Paige did that until she started solids somewhere between four and six months old. At one, she still has three poopy diapers a day.

My baby does that too! I was in the bathroom and my husband had her in the nursery and I could hear it loud and clear! It's so funny because she was only 6 lbs 7 oz when she was born, so she's tiny but makes HUGE pooping noises!

Both my girls did that as well. Violet is 3 months now and has about 2 huge poops a day that sound explosive. I think Lily stopped having explosive poops when she started solids at 6 months, so that is what I'm expecting for Violet as well.

Jack was like that the first month. Now he only goes once or twice every few days.

My second was the one who pooped every time he ate and yes it was quite loud. My first had pooping issues (won't get into that) but when he finally was able to go it was also quite loud and usually outfit changing. My dd poops on average once a day now (some days its more some days not at all). She's really loud too. I think most babies pooping is pretty loud, especially when its so liquidy and seedy like bm poop is.

Luke was definitely like that until about 8 weeks where he would only go once or twice a week...that was sooo nice (and normal!). BF babies can be on both ends of the spectrum- lots of poopy diapers or practically none at all!

Glad to read this post, i was starting to wonder. My LO has a poopy diaper soon after every feeding. I was starting to wonder if she might be pooping too much.
She makes 'man sized' noises when she poops!!!
