I called my OB nurse yesterday to see if my supply sounded low to her or if it was just Kylan going through a growth spurt. She thought it could be a little of both so they called me in Reglan. I just took my first pill so we will see what happens. Hopefully it does not make me to tired since I am at work. If anyone has taken this, how long did it take to notice a change in your supply?

It took me about 4-6 days to actually see an increase, but it knocked me out so bad that I couldn't take it. (I only now remember this after reading an old post of mine)

I took my first dose of an evening and noticed a change right away. I went from producing about 3 oz every 3 hours to 4-5 oz every 3 hours.

I noticed an increase for sure but I am on my last pill and alrady seeing a definate decrease
