Ironically, she calls it "baba"

She used to get a bottle (expressed milk) 2-3x a week and DH told her he was making a baba. I never called it anything other than "food" or "eat" or "breastfeed" she picked up on baba and related the term to the milk, not the actual bottle so she now slaps my chest and says "Baba Peeeesh?" (peesh = please) or crawls into my lap and assumes the position with a "baba peesh".

I have to say I love these stories about toddlers screaming for boobie.... that's what we call it... but of course my little one is only 2.5 weeks... my mom calls me "moo cow" and tells her when she's hungry "you want momma moo cow" Lol.... might have to think about changing it when she gets older

I always call it boob, my DS called my breasts his "mamas" for a long time, then when he was around 2.5 he started calling them his boobies. We'll see what this baby will call them.

At this age, I usually call it nursing, but as they get older, we say milky.
