Hi guys,
I have been lurking on the BF boards since I started in August so I thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Marie and I am a FTM to Tristan. He is going to be 6 months on Feb 12 and has been successfully breastfeeding since day 1. He was born naturally right on his due date and we had a little trouble with him latching because of jaundice in the beginning but he has been a champ since. He was born at 7 lb 3 oz and is probably close to 20 lbs now!! No one in my family ever breastfed so I have using this board to find out if the things I have been going through are normal. I really believe the only reason I stuck to breastfeeding is because of you ladies because in the beginning he had colic and everyone was saying it could be from BF and that I should FF. I was considering it a lot until I came across this board and saw how supportive everyone was and all the information they gave to other people. Anyways, I look forward to being a part of this board
