Ok so a little background info, I breastfed my daughter for about four or five months. I never really dried up completely...I never leaked, but I could express a tiny bit if I tried.

I'm due next month with my son. This morning I woke up, and one breast was actually engorged. Now I know its normal for a bit of.colostrum at this point, but this was as if I was fully breastfeeding!

What should I do? I really don't want to do anything to put my supply in jeopardy, since I haven't even had him yet!

this is not abnormal. i actually leaked like 18 weeks into my pregnancy and called my midwife because i thought my breast was infected I would just hand express a little to reduce the engorgement and make yourself a little more comfortable.

Yeah, it's not totally unusual. I wouldn't worry about your supply at all. It's just your body being quirky, there's nothing you need to do about it.
