Hey mamas, I am new to this board so HELLO! I am Beanie and DS is 31 months old and still breast feeds once or twice a night.

DP and I would like another baby but my cycle is 52 days long (has always been screwed up, not breast feeding related) And I would like to try Agnus Castus / Vitex to sort my periods out. But the bottle says no breast feeding? Is this one of those warnings that is on everything, and its actually safe? Or is it dangerous for DS?

If its dose related does any one know what does I can take and still breast feed?

vitex is generally safe for breastfeeding, but i think everything pretty much says not to use while preggo or nursing. also, you are not nursing a newborn who is EBF. I would say it is fine to take. If DS nurses only at night, then i would just take it in the morning for peace of mind for you
