Silly things breastfed kids do..

Ashlynn just leaned her head on my shoulder, put her hand on my boob and started rubbing it then went "Niiiice Nip" a few times.

Nope, she was never breastfed or anything..

She has this undying love for them.. It's cute, but really, really weird.
What silly thing has your breastfed little one done lately?

Well I have no idea if this is nursing related or not, but Kate keeps sticking her hand down my shirt. Not just my boobs, but way down to my belly, like she's feeling me all over. Then she yanks my shirt front and stares down it. And I'm just sitting there like, ummm, can I help you??

Allison is just amazed by having a baby brother, so without anyone telling her, she comes up to me the other day and rubs my breasts. Then, she says Bean (what she calls Junior) eat booby. She just knows that he's going to be breastfed!

Eh. Dh and I just think its cute that when I take my shirt off or bra off, jade starts looking at my boobs. Lol. Gets a little happy too. I can tell she's wanting to eat!

When we hold her in the cradle hold she always turn her head towards the boob area and starts sucking anything around. I'm waiting on her to latch on to dh's nipples. He never wears a shirt at home.

Molly has started to bite if I'm not watching her while she nurses. So, I'll take my boob away and tell her no biting. She will then smile at me with the biggest smile ever and stick her tongue out. And go right back to nursing. (She's 17 weeks)

Uh oh! Mine is 14 weeks today. I'm not looking forward to biting with teeth! Mine bears down on my nips with her gums when she doesn't want to let go if I try to end her "grazing". It hurts!!

If we are laying in bed, Nicholas will pull down my tank top and attack my boobs. He literally lunges for the nipples. We used to shower together and hed cuddle with his head on my chest, now he just contorts his body to get to the nipples. Sigh.

When I lay her down in preparation for nursing, and lift my shirt, she just stares and starts getting worked up. Like she thinks if she doesn't put up a fuss she won't get to nurse. As soon as I lay down beside her she is all over it. She is so impatient!

Maddie gets very impatient when she sees me start messing with my shirt because she knows what is coming she does this combination of laughing and crying like she is so excited, but wants it right now too. It is actually really funny.

My almost 3 yr old niece (not BF) has become really curious about breastfeeding. Her nan tries to keep her away from me when I am BFing, but it doesn't really bother me if is she is in the same room or anything. Last weekend they were over at our house and it was just DH, his mom, sister, and our niece so I just breastfed in the living room without a cover or anything. Our niece was so curious she kept coming over and trying to see what I was doing. At first she started saying that Maddie was eating my belly, then she got a closer look and started going "Maddie eat her boobie, Maddie eat her boobie!" And of course she has been going around telling various family members that since then.

These are such cute stories. My bub tries attacking me too when he knows he is about to nurse and when i have my shirt off for a shower he gets all excited, lol! Also hates a cover in public which is making it hard, he's always trying to pull and kick it off! Already at 4 mos??? lol.

My daughter nursed for 18 months and has been weaned for almost 2 months now but she still has to stick her hands in my shirt,rub myboobs and say "boobies" with a big grin on her face. Every night before bed I have to show her both boobies and she'll stick her finger in her mouth and pop it out again with a smile....I guess she's imitating what she used to do with my nipple...it's pretty funny.

OMG....lol. These are so funny!! Well, whenever we are out and I bump into someone I know or even a stranger who stops to talk to my BF dd....dd always introduces me, "Mama" and my boobs "boo, boos" by frantically pointing and grabbing them. It's kind of like we are a package deal and both worthy of separate introduction.

She has a thing about nursing from one to the other....I'm talking 5 seconds on one, then a sip from the other, back and fourth, back and fourth. She likes to nurse standing up and in all sorts of crazy positions.

If she wants to nurse and I don't do so quick enough, she pulls them out =)
