My DS just turned 3 months and is EBF. He has slept in a bassinet beside me since he was born. During the night he wakes up every 2 hours consistently to nurse and I put him in the bed with me while he nurses then put him back in his bassinet. My dilemma is he is about to outgrow his bassinet and his bedroom is on the other side of the house. I cannot see myself getting up every 2 hours and walking all the way across the house to feed him then back to bed. I'm exhausted as it is!! What did you all do? I thought about moving his crib to our room but we would have to take it apart and reassemble it. Please offer some suggestions please!!!!

Maybe a pack n play ? Do you have one? If not you can usually get the cheap at the resale stores. Just a cheapie one to let him sleep in until baby is big enough to go its own room.

Pack and play is a good idea.
But taking apart the crib probably isn't as hard as it sounds either.

Hope you figure something out.

My 9-month old is in a PNP. No room for a crib with our king-size bed in a medium-sized room.
