I found some recipes for lactation cookies and I was hoping that there was some input on them. Do they actually work. That sort of thing.

I don't know if they help me but they taste good! I've made the ones from the sticky here and really enjoyed them with my DD.

eating old fashioned oats can help with milk production and that is the mail ingredient in the cookies, and some call for brewer's yeast which can increase milk production, so yeah, they can help and they are yummy

I have a recipe that calls for Brewer's Yeast, Flax and Old Fashioned Oats. I can't eat cooked oatmeal (gag) it's a texture thing.
