Any tips for applying this stuff?? I find it a tad difficult to apply as it is pretty thick... and my nipples are hardly even sore! I couldn't imagine if they were bad!

if they are not sore, then no need to use it. i had to see a breast surgeon for some issues when DD was born and she said to massage it in to make the nipple softer.

I kept my on the dresser by the heat vent(was winter then) so it was softer and easier to use.

Rub it in between your index finger and thumb until it gets workable. Then apply to your nipples. It is very thick when it comes out!!

Ditto to the above- just be careful not to over use it; it can create a favorable environment for thrush as it locks in moisture.

Yes! Each time I over applied Zoe got thrush!!

I used to fill up the sink with hot water while I showered and stick the tube in there. It got nice and soft, and felt super when I applied it.

I only used it the first couple of weeks and just put it on gingerly but liberally. No problems here with thrush.

I kept mine on the bedside table under the light - the heat from the light would soften it up. If it was dark or not soft enough, I'd roll it between my finger and thumb until it softened.
