We had our 7th baby 1 day short of two weeks ago, and he is the third I am breastfeeding. I came here a bit with our 5th, so I figured I'd visit back

He is such a good baby so far. He was born at 8-3, dropped to 7-13 at 2 days and is back to 8-9 (yesterday weighed on the kitchen scale LOL) He has an awake time from 5pm-8pm, then sleeps til midnight or 1. It's a little inconvenient because of dinner time, but DH and I are early to bed type of people and that sleep sure is nice!

I am a little wary about weight gain because #6 stopped gaining weight for some reason at 9ish months. Even after switching to formula and 'junk food' he didn't gain until after 12 months, so I feel guilty for stopping breastfeeding. It obviously wasn't the issue.

So anyway.. Hello!

Hi and CONGRATS! Wow what a cute brood you`ve got!

I`ve only got 2, but both of mine stopped gaining like crazy right around 9 months too, which was when both of them were moving around, crawling and scooting and cruising. My DS was eating like a champ at that point and still didn`t gain much between 9 and 12 months, but he`s happy and healthy so I`m not too concerned. My doctor said that was pretty normal!

Good luck on your nursing journey! Hope it continues to go well for you both!

Your family is SO beautiful. Congratulations!!!! My little guy was my biggest baby at birth and now my smallest 1 year old. CRAZY. He eats all the time too, but my pedi wasn't too concerned. He's been walking since 8 months and I think that has something to do with it. Totally normal, but I know how worrisome it is. Just had to tell you congrats on your newest addition.
