Dd is nursing normally. My pumping schedule hasn't really changed. If I give her a 3 oz bottle, I pump 3 oz as soon as I can. I did stop doing a dream feed at 10 because it stopped helping her sleep longer. But it doesn't seem like that would cause this much fullness all day and night. Over the course of 24 hrs my pumping output is the same and number of nursings the same. So why am I all of a sudden really full feeling again?

there is not always a rhyme or reason! LOL. I nursed for almost 3 years and every once in a while, out of the blue, i would be engorged!
