I'll admit I prefer hot chocolate or decaf coffee with lots of creamer in the AM, but we don't have any of that right now, so I chose tea over water today. That tea hurts my teeth! Wonder what is in it that does that.

weird, i drank 4+ cups a day when pumping and never had teeth issues

That sleepytime tea does it to me too. I should compare ingredients. Or maybe my teeth just suck lol
