I am looking for something that I can afford. (Under 200) But I am a 38 G before pregnancy. I am not sure what would be the best for me. I tried some pumps with my older kids but never could get much milk. Any advice would be great. Thank you.

the pump does not matter as much as the horn size, and i know the medelas come in different sizes. I bought a used (actually never used, LOL) Medela double electric on craigslist.

I saw one called lansinoh affinity double pump but I do not know anything about them. If they make bigger horns I may go with that one then.

I'm the same size and use a medela pump in style without issues. The normal size (24mm) is perfect. I also used a manual pump without issues.

My hospital sent me something in the mail about breastfeeding classes and one thing they offer is a free medela rental. But I dont know how they work.

The medela has the option of getting bigger horn sizes. I think it depends more on nipple size, too, on how big you'll need it. I think mine was $300? I can't remember since it's been so long but definitely worth the money for the pump and the warranty on it. It was the one thing I "splurged" on when my daughter was born.
I tried a lanisoh manual one and it was not comfortable at all. Too small. I ended up going from a 38 C to a 38 GG or 38 H, depending on the bra.
