Af is back I thought I'd get to enjoy at least a few more months without her, but oh well.

I am having a very hard time pumping - soreness, little or no let down, reduced # of oz. Baby seems satisfied nursing though.

How long does it take for supply to return to normal after AF? Will I be able to go back to pumping my usual amounts? I usually pump 8-10 oz in the AM and 6-8 in the PM. The last few days (few days prior to AF and first to days so far) I've been gradually pumping less as less in the same amount of time. Today I pumped 8 oz in the morning and barely 4 this afternoon.

It should go right back after your period. HUGS!

I don't pump, but I do notice my supply isn't the best while on my period - she nurses longer and more frequently. But it always jumps back up after its over.
