Ok, this is day 5 of my almost-10-month-old's nursing strike. Yesterday, AF showed up for the first time, so I am assuming this is the true cause. I'm wondering whether anyone else has been through this and whether it's likely that he will resume nursing. He still resists nursing, but i know that he is beginning to miss it. Even during sleep, though, he will turn away and cry if I try to nurse him. I'm wondering if he will sense it when AF is gone and be willing to try again. For now, he is ok with drinking my expressed milk. But I'd rather not EP for the next 2+ months!!
Thanks, ladies. I'm really grateful for your expertise and support!!
