I'm getting irritated with my toddlers nursing pattern. she is 17.5 months old and she mostly nurses at naptime and bedtime. the problem is that every nursing session is a marathon and I can't get her off without a lot of crying. I've been cutting her off after 35-45 minutes because i just can't take it and sometimes it doesn't seem to be helping her to fall asleep. this started toward the end of my pregnancy; I'm now also nursing her one-week-old brother so it's quite tiring. i've been trying "pantley pull-off's" with minimal results; it just seems to wake her up every time i attempt to remove her. any advice?
