I do. What I've done is just pump after the early morning feeding, which is when I'm able to pump the most. Some ladies pump on one side while feeding on the other. That's a little tricky but usually productive if you can master it. I only pump once a day. But throughout the day I try to hand express some milk...maybe an ounce or two, which doesn't take as long as getting the pump out and pumping for 20 minutes. I try to also do that after one of the overnight feeds. It's been working well...I have several hundred ounces stashed, and I go back to work in a couple of weeks.
