I did use the boppy in the beginning. I found it especially helpful in the NICU for positioning when she was hooked up to so many things. I used it at home for a long time, too.

I never really used one unless I was trying to NAK and wanted my hands free.

I use nothing. I can't seem to get it in a comfortable spot. I'll probably use something as she gets a little bigger

I used a boppy in the beginning when we had some troubles getting a good latch, but I don't use it much anymore.

I have a boppy that I use maybe 50% of the time. My favorite way to feed is laying down. It's a good excuse for me to lay down and rest while little man eats.

As a petite woman with a rather full bust line (DDD pre-pregnancy, currently an H at 27 weeks and growing), I had to use the Boppy (or pillow that was handy) to position my son comfortably and for a good latch without impeding his ability to actually be able to breathe. As I progress through my current pregnancy, I foresee having the same issues with DD and blessing the inventor of the Boppy Pillow for giving me access to such a wonderful tool.
