What sort if issue did you have? How did you correct it?

With #1 I did. I took fenugreek, which never seemed to help much. I also make the lactation cookies with brewer's yeast, which did help. I tried power pumping pretty often, which helped somewhat. My biggest supply killers, though, were stress and not enough time to pump at work, so really not much else I did ever really helped too much. But I managed to push through.

I have never really had supply issues. I do see a dip when my period is due, but Keelan just nursed more often then.

I've never noticed an issue while nursing, but after a few months back at work with dd I couldn't pump enough so I added in extra pumping sessions before and after work. So far no problems with this baby.

I worry about supply issues once I'm back at work. I start back Thursday. So far everything has been great!
