You should be fine. You may notice leaking from where the hole was. Some piercings can severe the end of a milk duct but that is very very rare which may decrease the supply slightly on that side and may cause some plugged ducts but again that is very rare.
you should be fine. I had mine pierced a long time ago and the only thing i noticed is when i pumped, some milk would come out of the piercing hole. Otherwise, i had no issues.
i had mine pierced for years. took them out during pregnancy with DS1. BF until he self-weaned at 26 months. no issues. i did have milk come out the holes a bit while pumping! now with baby #2 (5 years later), they have fully closed - no milk coming out the holes this time!
