The aspirin is not safe while nursing. Not sure about the rest of it. I did some research when I found out I was pregnant & nursing, at the time DD was only night nursing, so I took the aspirin first thing in the morning. If your LO nurses all day, I wouldn't take the aspirin. I wish I could remember what I had read, but I just googled it, there is a thread somewhere here too from Sept/Oct from me about it.
Before taking anything I would check with LactMed and/or the Infant Risk hotline. Here's some info:
LactMed online - A peer-reviewed and fully referenced database of drugs to which breastfeeding mothers may be exposed. Among the data included are maternal and infant levels of drugs, possible effects on breastfed infants and on lactation, and alternate drugs to consider. TOXNET
InfantRisk hotline - The InfantRisk Helpline provides answers to questions about the use of drugs during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Please call us for information about the safety of using drugs, over-the-counter drugs, herbal products, chemicals, vaccines, and other substances.
