It seems that everyday in the mid afternoon, my baby will want to eat every hour to 1.5 hours. He'll only eat for 5-10 minutes and then fall back asleep. And then after a few hours of this, he'll go back to normal 2-3 hour stretches.
Is it normal for newborns to need a quick "fill up?" We've tried doing everything other than feeding him to calm him down, but honestly the only thing that works is feeding him.
My Peditrician was telling me it might be colic, but I don't believe it. Because I CAN calm him down with feeding him. I thought colic was if you couldn't calm them down.
