I just bought some Fenugreek and Milk Thisle today because my milk supply has gone down a bit since my surgery on Friday...I think it is mostly because of the medication they gave me...anyhow...I know how many of the Fenugreek to take, but does anyone know how much of the Milk Thisle I should take?...Does the amount of the Fenugreek change using both?

I am not sure. I know when I took fenugreek I took 3 pills at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Never took Milk Thistle. Do you have a LC you can call?

No LC...I have taken Fenugreek before with Little Ernest...but I never took Milk Thisle so I wasn't sure...

It's got dosage and says it can be taken with fenugreek. I hope your surgery went well last week.
