Do you have any tips on how to look after yourself physically while trying to come to terms with a loss? It's hard to get the balance right when you're hurting and I thought it would be good to share our thoughts and ideas x
I find it really hard to eat properly when I am having a hard time and find that eating several smaller meals or snacks works better than trying to sit down and eat a proper meal. Otherwise I find it difficult to eat properly.
I also try to tell myself that it's OK to have some 'time off' from things like keeping on top of the hosework or my freelance work so that I don't put extra sytress on myself.
