I have been bleeding(not spotting) since 6/5/10. I went to the Er on the 6/5 w/big gush of red blood. Ultrasound showed 8 weeks baby doing just fine & a closed OS. I was on vacation & came back on the 14th saw my OB on the 15th again ultrasound showed healthy baby now 10 weeks. I was still bleeding on & off but told not to worry. The next evening at ER again passing large clots & bleeding more heavily now. Again ultrasound showed healthy baby, follow up at OB yesterday at 4pm & another ultrasound showed healthy heartbeat & baby fine. They did a pelvic to see if I had a polyp on my cervix & no. Later that night around midnight felt sick & went to bathroom passed large mass of clots & 10 mins later went to pee & the baby landed in my hand. He looked perfect! Today OB visit showed I passed everything & I'm now at home. I do not have a history of miscarriage & 38. I regret allowing the pelvic exam & I don't understand how you can have a healthy fetal heartbeat at 4pm & lose the baby 7 hours later. I've been praying all day & I wish I could turn back the clock & say no to the pelvic. Any advice & prayers greatly appreciated.
