Do you think you cope with your grief in healthy ways? What are some healthy ways to cope? Do you use any coping mechanisms that someone may consider unhealthy?

I just tend to keep Gracie around my life..... in pictures, videos, some of her things....... I have a journal I can write in when I feel the need to.

The only maybe not so healthy thing I did was get a tattoo the day before her funeral. I do love the tattoo though.

The only place I really get to talk about Stephanie and my other family members is online. Occasionally with family but no one really likes to talk about it. I'd say Stephanie does come up in convo alot more than the others we've lost though.

I dream about her almost every night which is cool for me. Makes me feel like she's still in my life and not so far away.

For me, music is my outlet when I'm feeling sad.
