Last night my 19yr old cousin Frankie passed away from stage 4 brain cancer.
He wasnt technically my cousin (not blood), but we were really close as kids and grew up together. I havent seen him in a few years which makes me feel really bad now. I feel so bad for his mom, he was her only child and her whole world. He was supposed to have started college last fall..
He was diagnosed last spring with the cancer and tried all kinds of treatment. They stopped treatment last week and he was at a hospice type hospital I guess. I was supposed to go see him today actually... he came down with a fever though and went into a coma. They let him go.
