I just want to suggest that the use of Travelocity is worthless, and may result in a total loss of money paid to them!
I bought a ticket for $260 with insurance, last fall. Cancled it in December, was explained the whole process and told that I would get a credit to use towards a future purchase minus a rebooking fee of no more than $180 (which I think is a RIP OFF).. So I called about an hour ago to verify that I had a credit.. Then I said I would call back, I looked up flights called back to book another flight using the credit and...... GUESS WHAT! They said my ticket was not cancled and I did not have a figgin credit!! I have an email of the credit from them, but it has no reference number or anything ( I didn't think about it at the time that they sent the freaking email). So basicly $260 down the drain..
Oh and by the way apparently they are completely outsourced, I asked to speak to a US rep. multiple times only to be transfered multiple times to people who obviously spoke english as a second language. (not that this is a bad thing, but don't tell me your transfering me to a US Rep. when your not and your just trying to act like you are!)
This is the first and last time I plan to use travelocity! And I DO NOT .... DO NOT recommend them to anyone!! I'm just glad I didn't loose more money!! I should have trusted my gut and stuck with direct airlines!
Sorry for the vent, but I think others need to know about this.

That's why I don't use those cheap ticket services. You're usually better off booking directly through the airlines without the chance of that happening. I use Delta and have managed to rack up enough frequent flyer miles to get a free 1st class round trip in the continental US.
It should also be noted that if you book a ticket for someone else and that ticket needs to be canceled, you don't get the money back, it goes to the person who's name the ticket is in.
