Please....anyone have a cure for yeast infection on the outside of the skin?

I have a belly flap over my c/section scar and apparently it got moist and now there is a rashy thing Dan says is yeast.

Any ideas how to get rid of it aside from forever putting powder on it to keep it dry afterwards?

tia...

you'll need an anti-fungal. Try tea tree oil, grapefruit seed extract (if you use this one, you MUST dilute it), or apple cider vinegar. And yes, keep it as dry as you can! If you need to, apply something to the skin, then put a dry clean cloth in the flap to soak up any moisture, and change it often.

Hope that helps and it goes away soon!!!

I get that every so often... dabbing with diluted tea tree oil and keeping it dry with Goldbond (instead of regular baby powder) seems to do the trick for me... and of course cutting down sugar in my diet and upping my water intake.
