I am not new to JM but I am new here.

I would like to join you but I am not sure if I would fit in, but let me tell you about myself.

My name is Jess, SAHW to Dave and SAHM to Drake who is 6 days shy of 6 months old.

I am not a "religious" person in the aspect of "I believe in god", I dont. I believe in the earth and the beauty that surrounds us on a daily basis. I believe in being green, and growing my own veggies. I believe in self love and honoring your family. I do not go around preaching what I believe to anyone nor do I take what anyone (religious wise) says to heart. I am a free thinker, I have a free spirit and I love the outdoors. I do not believe in the evolution. Humans and animals are way too complicated and amazing to have just happened on "accident". I believe in doing no harm to anyone. I believe in karma. My family and I would help anyone if needed as long as it did not put us in danger.

Thats just a little about me.

I hope I am accepted here.

Hi Jess, and you are most definitely welcome here!

Actually, I'd say you fit in pretty nicely...this is a great group of ladies...a lot are green, and grow their own "things" (I'm not so much, but I do have lofty hopes of transforming my brown thumb into a green one some day)

My name is Melissa, and I work during the school season, but I'm off for the summer...I've been married to my dh for 14 years, and we have raised one (just graduated from college) and have 3 more (16, 9, and 4) that keep us on our toes..

I am the only one in my family who walks a non-mainstream spiritual path (which I am pretty new at, but feel like I am at home with), but the others ask questions, and I answer as best as I can so for now we're all good.

Feel free to jump right in and get to know us!

I agree you are most welcome here, and you would also fit in perfectly at Spiritual Living.

My spirituality is very nature-based but I also hold beliefs from other traditions such as a strong belief in angels and prayer. Hope you stick around!!

Welcome Jess, you'll probably recognize me from other boards!

You definately fit in. Jump right in and enjoy the friendship.

Im Hillarie, married to Dan for nearly 9 yrs now. We have 3 little boys...Connor is 8, Avery will be 6 tomorrow, and Devinn is 4.
Our home is spiritually eclectic. We follow a Pagany path with a bit of Wicca and Witchcraft mixed in and Im studying Hinduism and have added it to my own spiritual stuff.

The earth is beautiful, its too bad some have lost the ability to see that. Glad you introduced yourself and I look forward to chatting with you here on this board!

Hey girl! Of course I recognize you! Its nice to see a familiar face here.

Here is a little more about me. I have studied Wicca since 9th grade. That is when I started to really find me. I have not done any real readings or anything like that for a while now but I am very in tune with it. DH is a very earthy man too which is nice!

I agree, the earth is very beautiful. I have very strong views on the people that lost their ability to see it. Im not sure if I feel sad, or of I feel a little angry. Sad because, obvious reasons. And mad because they dont help to keep it beautiful.

I think Im mostly sad because they've lost focus on whats really important.
IMHO, those who have forgotten how beautiful the earth is have also lost sight of other important things in their world. Like truth, respect, family, love, etc.

Not everyone, of course, but many I know are like that. Its like when one falls by the wayside you can bet other things have as well.

I can agree with that. I feel like many have lost respect for family. That makes me the most hurt. Family is like glue, and without, some break. Now a days, people cheat, lie and steal. Its like they lost all sense of honor.

Truth. Thats a huge one for me. I have a very strong opinion on this. I feel like many fail and or blind to see the truth. I feel as if some people are, in lack of words, "under a spell" and do not see the real picture. That is heart breaking.

Its nice to be in a group where my beliefs are accepted.
