The boys had a blast coloring the whole board. It is now on the door from the kitchen to the laundry room.

My husband and I picked out all the pictures and we were happy. My son saw the poster board and said, "Color!" I thought, why not?, it is OUR vision for OUR family and they are a part of that. My boys colored and my husband and I glued the pics on.
