I could use some positive energy. I have been in a bad funk for like 2 weeks now. I am so mad at DH and I have no idea why. It seems that nothing is going right and I feel so done sometimes.

Gentle parenting is about guiding instead of controlling,
connecting instead of punishing,
and encouraging instead of demanding.
It's about listening, understanding, responding and communicating.

He didnt do so well, probably end up in all day Kindergarten which is ok but looking at his exam paper he didnt do as well as he could have.

Its so funny, Avery(my nearly 7 yr old) acted all dumb about stuff and I worried and when he tested he did excellent. Showed he knew a lot more than he was letting on.
Devinn knew more than he showed. Bugs me but as long as they dont say he cant go to Kindergarten Im cool with whatever happens. I know he's smart and a fast learner so either way he'll rock it once there and surprise them all.

What did he not do well on? I did not know there was even such a thing as a test for it? And I always thought kindergarten was an all day kinda thing anyway. No?

Some states do all day while others offer both 1/2 day or all day depending on what the childs needs are.

Basically he didnt know enough basics...alphabet, shapes, how to write his name, etc.
Some he does know while others I just didnt have a chance to really sit down with him and study out like I did my other two.
