Do you homeschool? Why? If you do, were your reasons religious/spiritual or another reason?

I just started homeschooling, for many reasons, but one of them is so that I can teach about different religions.

Well our first child is still in utero... but yes, we plan on homeschooling. I do plan on teaching Paganism as one of the courses, but I also want to teach General Religion (religion is my passion). When they are younger, I just plan to teach Paganism... but around 8, 9, or 10... I'll introduce General Religion (I dont want to confuse a child under 8 by giving them a bunch of different belief systems, lol).

When they're young, most of the Pagan teaching will basically just come from celebrating the sabbats and things like that.

I dont ever plan to FORCE my beliefs on my children though. They will grow up in a Pagan environment... but if they dont want to participate in ritual or Pagan activities, they dont have to. Their spirituality is THEIR's.

I would LOVE to homeschool, so I could teach them (I want their schooling to be done correctly by someone who CARES); but it isn't feasible for us. I'm hoping that sometime down the road I will be able to; once we are steady on our feet.
