Hi everyone I am new here.
I have been in a committed relationship with my partner for a year. We are signing a Legal Partnership tomorrow. ( gay marriage is not legal in our state).
We would like to start a family in the next few years via sperm donor. So I have several questions


If you have children how were they conceived?( previous heterosexual relationship, donor,?)

Did you use IUI, IVF, or other medical means to become pregnant?

How many rounds of hormones, pills, insimination did it take?

What was your overall out of pocket cost for the procedure, pills, etc?

I'm Emma (29), Mummy to Gaby & Emersyn, engaged to Lauriel (who has two children, Eloise & Aidan). We are getting married in April 2013 (well, having a civil union).

My children were conceived from previous heterosexual relationships, so I'm not really any help as far as IVF and IUI goes. There IS a 'TTC with medical assistance' board on here - and I'm sure the ladies over there would be able to help out as far as giving you an idea of what to expect with IVF/IUI goes!
