Well, first of all, she should tell the real father, (by the way you are saying this, it sounds like he is not the biological dad?) and ask what he plans to do. Some men, not all, not a lot, but some will get all excited about being a father, even if it wasn't meant to happen (which it was, or the Goddess would not have allowed it). So she should get his reactions, what are her reactions about your friend wanting to father this child? Does she even know yet? I just think there is a LOT to consider before giving adoption advice.
