Yes I get to stay home with Phoenix. When I was 34 weeks pregnant my partner got a job offer in California. So at 36 weeks pregnant we moved from South Carolina to California, from one coast to the other. We decided that I wouldn't try to get a job until after Phoenix was born of course. Then she ended up having the 2 holes in her and she couldn't be around other kids for fear of catching somthing. Then she had the surgery and I started working from 10 PM to 5 AM at KMart, but in October they got rid of the night shift so I lost my job and have not been able to find another job. I am very thankful for being able to be with her for the last 15 months. I would prefer not to put her into day care until she can communicate clearly with us. I am definitly spoiled being able to be with her all the time.
