so ive been spotting brown this cycle.

I didnt have a period ... just spotting for 4 days ... and lots of crapming in my lower back and lower abdomen. Then I put my ring in, the day it was supposed to go in ... got brown spotting and cramping ... and then a week later ive spotted brown on and off, two days ago and today ...

wth is going on? I have NEVER had this happen before.
