Hi ladies-
I am brand new here and just looking for some input. First off, I should just assume I am fine but I can't help my symptoms. So, I started Ocella (yasmin) last month. Took all 3 active weeks at the right time and then had my period on the inactive week.

I had unprotected sex towards the end of that week. I started a new pack last Sunday and this past few days have been feeling, well, pregnant. I am going to assume it's just the pill but...is it possible I got pregnant because I had only been on the pill a month? Thank you for any input!

I'm taking the generic of Loestrin. I felt the same way during my second month on it, almost exactly the same as I felt in the early weeks of my pregnancy. But it was just the pill in my case.

The pill has a failure rate, so pregnancy is always a possibility - the pill just decreases it. Pregnancy symptoms are common side effects. It's from the synthetic progesterone in the pill.

you can for sure feel preggers sx when you are starting the pill (like shawna said), but you could also be pregnant. i am sure thats not what you wanted to hear, but if you think you might be, best way is to test.
