So, this is my second month on a new low estrogen birth control. I am now 5 days late for my period. I took a home pregnancy test but it came back negative. I have taken many different birth control pills and never before missed a period. Any thoughts? Is it possible that I am pregnant? Thanks!
Just lurking here. Did you miss any pills? If you did not miss any and you have not been sick or had diorrohea or taken any other meds that could react with your pill, then its unlikely that you would get pregnant.
Maybe do another test in a week to put your mind at ease. Its probably the change of pill messing up your hormones, and if that doesnt settle out, maybe see your doc?
Did you have a withdrawl bleed the first month of taking the new pill?
