Don't know what to do or What other choices out there that are closer to permanent. I have to do this for my health and would love to hear some thoughts and information to help subside anxiousness thanks

If you concerned about your health, be sure to do lots of research on Post Tubal Ligation Syndrome! A tubal might seem like an easy way to avoid problems, but for many women it just introduces new health problems!
yes tubals can cause many more problems than they solve sometimes. i had one when i had my daughter and it threw my hormones way out of whack and just generally did damage. almost a year ago i just said screw it and had a hysterectomy to solve said problems.
do i regret not having anymore, no but i do regret what it had done to my body and the 2 1/4 years of hell i went through after
I talk so much they gave me an award!!!
