I can't find anything specific online so I'm asking here. I missed days 1-4 of my pack which was June 10-13 and started the pack on day 5 the 14th. I had unprotected sex on the 12th which was day 3. I've been taking one pill every day since the 14th. What are my odds of having becoming pregnant?

Sorry, but it's really impossible to say what the odds are. Pregnancy can occur even when no pills are missed, so for every missed Pill - the odds of conception go up a little. A lot depends on each individual woman's fertility as well. All you can really do is wait and see!
