anyone know what any of these Dr notes mean ? I'm waiting to hear back from my Dr. been 2 weeks.
Focal heterogeneous Abnormal endometrial thickening near the uterine fundus with
internal vascularity. Intra-uterine mass lesion not excluded, however pregnancy should be
excluded clinically as missed abortion may produce a similar finding.
The uterus demonstrates focal heterogeneous endometrial thickening and
ejection of mild vascularity at the fundus measuring 3.0cm
Blood flow to both ovaries is maintained
there is a small amount of free fluid in the cul-de-sac
Thick walled irregular right ovarian cystic lesion.
the right ovary measures 3.8x3.5x2.1cm and contains a 1.2x0.6x1.1cm thick - walled cyctic lesion without peripherial vascularity.
