Here's the deal. I have a BADLY abscessed tooth. This same tooth I had a root canal almost 3 years ago but now it's REALLY bad. So the oral surgeon is going to yank it.
I went today for my consult and had a drainage tube placed. Monday I go to a hospital in another county and they will draw blood, monitor the baby for a while and I will have a consultation with an OB doctor in the hospital. The surgery is scheduled for 1pm. I am having it done in the hospital, rather than in the oral surgeon's office just in case. He wants it there so the OB and anesthesiologist can intervene if something happens with Wyatt. On Monday I will be 35 weeks so if they have to deliver him, not a big deal. Whatever is best for the baby.
This is *supposed to* be outpatient so if I am home on Monday, I will update as soon as I feel up to it. If they have to deliver Wyatt, of course I will stay in the hospital for whatever recovery time is needed. I will have my bags and laptop with me just in case we deliver then.
Just wanted to give you all the heads up. I would have this done with a local but I was having SEVERE anxiety attacks today. To the point I was almost hyperventilating.
Thank you KimberlyD0 for my absolutely beautiful siggy!
