Do we fill it out in this thread?

Woooh- so many threads to fill out- do you think we should get a sub-forum for the monthly chall\enges so it's easier to keep track of/kind the threads so we don't miss any???

Breakfast - Nothing
Lunch - Nothing
Dinner - Tortilla wraps inside.. mince, spring onion, cheese, tomato, paparika

Snacks - one jaffa cake

Exercise - Walking for 30 minutes

breakfast- nothing
lunch- bowl of honey bunches of oats with 2% milk
dinner- hamburger helper
snack- protein- 1 egg, veggie- fresh green beans, fruit- will have a peach before bed

water- 100 ounces
exercise- 15 minutes tae bo, squats

Breakfast - English muffin and a small bowl of cereal
Lunch: Taco Bell chicken burrito fresco style
Dinner - pizza
snacks - steamed peas, peanuts, and peach crisp

exercise: 5 minutes stair climbing, 15 minutes treadmill, plus squats - 25 minutes?

breaky: 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
snack: ezekiel wrap with chicken, baby spinach & mustard
lunch: salad w/ chicken, mixed veggies (tom, cuc, carrot, red pepper, red onion), sesame seeds & balsamic vinnegar
snack: turkey sausage in an ezekiel wrap w/ mustard
Dinner: protein pancake w/ PB before gym
After workout snack: protein shake & apple
Water: 4 litres

GYM:
Free weights- Back
60 mins Body conditioning (inlcuding around 100 squats, and the whole class is cardio)
60 mins karate (there's cardio in here too)

Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit w/ splenda, egg whites
Snack: celery w/ pb
lunch: chicken salad
snack: Apple slices w/ yogurt
Dinner: Salmon w/ asparagus and broccoli

Water: 64 oz

Exercise: 1 hour cardio (mowing yard)
30 squats
30 min BL dvd
